Sitaare Zameen Par Box Office Collection Day 9: Aamir Khan's Film Unaffected By New Releases, Records 100% Jump

New releases haven’t affected Aamir Khan’s Sitaare Zameen Par. Giving tough competition to Indian titles, Maa and Kannappa, the slice-of-life film has recorded a 100% growth on the second Saturday. Sailing past the 100-crore mark, Sitaare Zameen Par is setting new records with each passing day. According to early estimates, the film has shot up once again on Day 9, breaking through the latest titles.

As per Sacnilk, Sitaare Zameen Par minted Rs 12.75 crore on Saturday. It is higher than the opening collection. On Friday, the earnings were Rs 6.65 crore. At the domestic box office, Sitaare Zameen Par stands at Rs 108.30 crore.

About Sitaare Zameen Par

Sitaare Zameen Par, the spiritual sequel of Taare Zameen Par, follows the story of an arrogant basketball coach, Gulshan, who learns a lesson in empathy while coaching ten Neurodivergent adults as a part of his community service. Sunil (Ashish Pendse), Satbir (Aroush Datta), Lotus (Aayush Bhansali), Sharma Ji (Rishi Shahani), Guddu (GopiKrishnan K Verma), Raju (Rishabh Jain), Bantu (Vedant Sharma), Golu (Simran Mangeshkar), Kareem (Samvit Desai) and Hargovind (Naman Misra) are his students.
